Refund Policy

At Exvilo, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services and digital products. Due to the nature of our business (Digital Services & Intangible Goods), our Refund Policy is strict to maintain the quality of our work.

1. No Refunds on Completed Work Once a service has been delivered or a project milestone has been completed, no refunds will be issued. The time and resources allocated by our team are non-recoverable.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • If you wish to cancel a service order, you must notify us within 24 hours of making the payment.
  • If the project work has not commenced, we will process a full refund.
  • If the work has already started (e.g., resources allocated, design drafts created), no refund will be provided.

3. Digital Products (Software/Assets) All sales of digital products (software, templates, scripts) are final and non-refundable. Since these products are downloadable, they cannot be “returned.”

4. Technical Issues If you face a technical issue with our product, please contact our support team. We will fix the bug or issue. A refund is only considered if our team fails to resolve a critical technical fault within 7 business days.

5. Contact for Disputes Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at exvilo.international@gmail.com. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our services.
