1. General Overview Exvilo offers IT services, software development, and digital products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Project Terms & Payments
- Quotations: All project quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Payments: Services usually require an advance deposit (as agreed in the quotation). The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or as per the milestone schedule.
- Delays: Exvilo is not liable for project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary content, credentials, or approvals on time.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, the ownership of the final developed website/software code is transferred to the Client.
- Exvilo retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
4. Limitation of Liability Exvilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business profits.
5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
